The song, What Am I Doing Hangin' 'Round, is some say one of The Monkees best. It was actually recorded a whole step lower (starting in D although the record starts in E) and was sped up, which, somehow worked... though I'm getting ready to do a cover, and faced with a dilemma, do I do it as they did, slower, key lower, and speed it up, or do I do a John Henry and go at it, at the released pace and key. I'll figure it out tomorrow, when I make the record. -Jesus Oldman
