  • Monkee45s.net — The most complete Monkees discography, created and maintained by J. D. McCutcheon, featuring well-organized and constantly updated release information for every known Monkees release worldwide, including cover art, label variations, liner notes, catalog numbers, and chart information.
  • Monkeesmixography 2.0 — A deep dive into all the variations of the Monkees' songs, created and maintained by Craig Smith in collaboration with others, including information on mix variations, which releases you can find them on, and which were featured in the TV series. A planned book going into even greater detail is in the works.

"The Lewis and Clarke Expedition" were a band signed to Colgems Records that included Michael Martin Murphey and Boomer Castleman, who wrote "What Am I Doing Hangin' 'Round?" for the Monkees together, and John London, who co-wrote "Don't Call on Me" with Michael Nesmith and was later a member of Michael Nesmith's First National Band.
